Pasta Primavera with penne pasta, cremini mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, and zucchini tossed in marinara sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese. Paired with a portobello mushroom stuffed with sundried tomatoes artichoke hearts and asparagus. Served with House Salad and Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes.

Chicken Marsala - Hand breaded chicken breast seared to golden brown and smothered in a Marsala wine gravy with Cremini mushrooms and fresh snipped chives.

Slow Roasted Pot Roast - Tender cuts of beef roast served in a rich red wine demi glaze.

Chicken Parmesan - Crispy Italian spiced chicken breast, topped with Mozzarella cheese and marinara over top of penne pasta tossed in garlic Alfredo sauce.

Fallbrook Chicken - Hand breaded chicken breast topped with herb stewed tomatoes, fresh avocado and herbed hollandaise.

Chicken Pasta - Tender linguini tossed with seasonal vegetables, rotisserie pulled chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce. Topped with parmesan cheese and chives.

B choices:

Flank Steak - Charbroiled and seasoned to perfection.

Mahi Mahi - Flaky pan seared Mahi Mahi, dredged in house blacken seasoning and topped fresh lemon.

Pork Tenderloin - Slow Roasted Pork tenderloin, marinated in a fresh rosemary olive oil and topped with a granny smith apple chutney.

Beef Stroganoff - Hearty cuts of roast beef, sautéed in a red wine demi glaze, then tossed with egg noodles and topped with sour cream and fresh chives.

Garlic Shrimp Alfredo - Linguini pasta tossed with tender shrimp, sweet bell peppers, cremini mushrooms and zucchini, all in a creamy garlic Alfredo.

C choices:

Salmon Dinner - Line caught Pacific salmon crusted with fresh herbs and lemon.  Baked to perfection and served with choice of lemon dill sauce or house garlic butter.

Prime Rib - Herb rubbed and slow roasted for hours, served with au jus and creamy horseradish.

Tri-Tip - Choice grade tri-tip marinated with house spices and brown sugar, charbroiled and slow roasted to medium rare.

Chicken Cordon Bleu - Chicken breast flattened and rolled with Swiss cheese and apple smoked ham, then breaded and fried to golden brown and topped with hollandaise.

Pasta Carbonara - Mix of shrimp, chicken and Daily’s smokehouse bacon tossed with fettucine pasta and Parmesan cheese then topped with fresh basil.

D choices:

Halibut Dinner - Premium cuts of Pacific coast halibut, baked or pan seared with choice of blackening seasoning, house garlic butter or fresh lemon dill sauce.

Leg of Lamb - Dry rubbed with fresh rosemary and fresh peeled garlic, slow roasted and served with traditional mint jelly.

Seafood Pasta - A medley of bay scallops, salmon and halibut tossed with sweet bell peppers and fresh herbs, served with fettucine pasta in a roasted garlic Alfredo sauce, topped with parmesan cheese and fresh chives.

Surf and Turf - Beef tenderloin seasoned and grilled to perfection, paired with a warm water lobster tail.
