Chicken Marsala - Hand Breaded Chicken Breast, Marsala Wine Gravy with Cremini Mushrooms and Fresh Snipped Chives.

Chicken Parmesan - Crispy Chicken Breast, topped with Mozzarella Cheese and Marinara over top of Penne Pasta tossed in Garlic Alfredo Sauce.

Fallbrook Chicken - Hand Breaded Chicken Breast topped with Herb Stewed Tomatoes, Fresh Avocado and Herbed Hollandaise.

Chicken Pasta - Tender Linguini tossed with Seasonal Vegetables, Grilled Chicken and Creamy Alfredo Sauce. Topped with Parmesan Cheese and Chives.

B choices:

Beef Stroganoff - Hearty cuts of Roast Beef, Sautéed in a Red Wine Demi Glaze, then tossed with Egg Noodles and topped with Sour Cream and Fresh Chives.

Garlic Shrimp Alfredo - Linguini Pasta tossed with Tender Shrimp, Sweet Bell Peppers, Cremini Mushrooms and Zucchini, all in a Creamy Garlic Alfredo.

Slow Roasted Pot Roast - Tender cuts of Beef Roast served in a rich Red Wine Demi Glaze.

Chicken Fried Chicken - Fried Chicken smothered in Garlic Chicken Gravy.

C choices:

*Salmon Dinner - Line caught Pacific Salmon crusted with Fresh Herbs and Lemon.  Baked to perfection and served with choice of Lemon Dill Sauce or House Garlic Butter.

*Prime Rib - Herb rubbed and slow roasted for hours, served with Au Jus and Creamy Horseradish.

Pasta Carbonara - Mix of Shrimp, Chicken and Daily’s® Smokehouse Bacon tossed with Fettuccine Pasta and Parmesan Cheese then topped with Fresh Basil.

* All banquet packages are priced for buffet service. Ask about plated dinner service for an additional $4 per person.
* 18% gratuity will be added to all contracts.
* $10 linen fee for banquets.
* $10 corkage fee per bottle of wine.
* Store bought cakes only. All other dessert items provided by Taprock.
* Limited menu available 20-30 people, buffet required 25 people or more.
* Contract and deposit required on any party over 25 people.
* Beverages $2.00 per person (soda, iced tea, lemonade) on our Hors D’oeuvres Platters
* Notice: Eggs and steaks are cooked to order. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
* Many of our banquet items can be “made without gluten” however these items are prepared in a kitchen that
prepares other menu items that contain gluten. While we take great care in safe preparation practices, there is
always the potential for cross-contact with other gluten containing food items.
