Brady’s Rivertown Ribeye
This premier steak*, a juicy 12 oz. rib-eye*, is char-broiled and topped with house butter. Garnished with sweet onion rings. Named after Brady Adams who was the visionary of this exquisite building and surrounding park. He is one of the reasons why Grants Pass is “The Best Rivertown in America”.

Stuffed Meatloaf
The ultimate bacon-wrapped meatloaf with fresh herbs, beef, pork, and stuffed with fresh spinach and Tillamook® Monterey Jack.  Served with rich beef gravy and topped with crispy onion strings.

Oregon Trail Steak

Herb Roasted Rotisserie Chicken

We brine our chickens for 24 hours then coat them with our perfectly seasoned rub before they slow roast on our rotisserie. This produces tender meat with caramelized skin that we serve with our homemade cilantro sour cream sauce.

The best of both worlds with a half slab of tender barbecued baby back ribs and half a slow-roasted rotisserie chicken served with two dipping sauces. 

BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Southern-type BBQ done Oregon-style. Smoky and meaty pork ribs slow-cooked until fall-off-the-bone tender then grilled and basted with our special BBQ Sauce.
