Sockeye Salmon Benedict

The Benedict is a staple dish on every breakfast menu, calling all Hollandaise lovers to center stage. Knowing this, we have six (yes six) different kinds of benedicts that can be customized to your liking. The Sockeye Salmon Benedict is one not to be messed with, who knew Salmon could pair so well with a regular breakfast item? This dish is stacked to the nines with a griddle toasted English Muffin as the foundation. We carefully place fresh Spinach along with crisp sliced tomatoes. The star of the show, our Wild Sockeye Salmon, is lightly dusted with blackened seasoning and placed atop the fresh veggies. Bringing the Benedict back to its original roots, a poached egg made to any desired temperature is gently placed on top. Coming full circle, we generously drizzle Chipotle Hollandaise along with a light sprinkling of chives, providing the perfect finishing touch.

This dish comes with your choice of Potatoes O'Brien (as seen in the picture), Northwest Hash Browns, or Fresh Seasonal Fruit. Enjoy this in any weather, whatever suits your fancy.
