Blackened Salmon Street Tacos

We go the traditional route with all our Street Tacos, using doubled up corn tortillas to ensure a flavorful, but clean bite every time. Gently placing juicy, flavorful fillets of blackened salmon on a bed of cabbage is just the beginning. Taking the palate further, cilantro, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños are added to make sure this taco lives up to its elevated reputation. If you are wondering about the sauce, don't you worry because there's not one, but two. Before anything is added to these fresh corn tortillas, a chipotle aioli is spread and pairs wonderfully with the spice coming from the jalapeños. A cilantro-lime crema is the finishing touch.
