Today, Taprock is proud to join the Cartwright’s family: longtime Southern Oregon locals known for their dedication to quality and community. With deep roots in the Rogue Valley food scene, the Cartwrights bring decades of experience, starting with Orlin Cartwright’s first butcher shop in the 1950s and growing through generations. Now, that same commitment to honest ingredients and local flavors is what you’ll find on every plate at Taprock. From Pacific Northwest seafood to premium meats and farm-fresh produce, everything on our menu is a celebration of Southern Oregon.
